Store your wine like the pros

This wine cooler has one cooling zone, easily adjustable to 5-20 degrees. The wine cooler is developed for professional use, restaurants and the like, which means you'll get a product designed for heavy use and incredible convenience. The anti vibration system and the alarm monitoring the temperature and humidity inside the wine cooler, give your wines the best possible storage conditions. The clever “winter system” allows you to place the wine cooler in an unheated room such as a garage or basement while maintaining the temperature set inside the wine cooler. The 15 sliding shelves lets you place your bottles horizontally, allowing you to see the labels directly and not just the bottoms or necks of bottles. The pull down time of the wine cooler, the time it takes to cool the bottles inside the wine cooler, is exceptionally fast compared to non-professional wine coolers. The wine cooler holds up to 152 bottles.

What you get

  • Single zone wine cooler with an anti-UV glass door.
  • Stores up to 152 Bordeaux type bottles.
  • 15 retractable shelves with horizontal placement.
  • Made for professional use.
  • Anti-vibration system for optimal safety for your wines.

How noisy is a wine cooler?

Most wine cooler cabinets generate a noise level around 35-45 decibels (dB). In comparison, a dishwasher in use is around 45-50 dB and a standard modern fridge about 35 dB.

Generally speaking, wine coolers produces slightly more noise than regular refrigerators. This is because of their greater need to maintain a constant temperature. The vast majority of wine coolers on the market consist of a compressor, a refrigerant circuit and a system of fans.

Acoustic considerations If you're building a new house it's a good idea to consider the acoustics and sound right from the start of your planning. There is a wealth of sound dampening materials available on the market that won't break your budget. Your contractor or local building supplier will be able to guide you through these.

For the rest of us, there are also a number of handy tricks and tips. A handclap test is a quick way to ascertain the acoustic "behaviour" of a space. Clap loudly in a room and listen for how much reverberation there is in the echo. It doesn't take more than a second before it will be perceived as bothersome.

Lastly, there's also valuable advice about how to design your interior to accommodate your wine cabinet cooler. Some of the advice takes the form of general observations while other advice applies to more specific situations.

Sources that enhance acoustics:

- Carpets, thick curtains and other thick fabrics absorb sound.
- Furniture, paintings and decorative items can dampen reverberations.
- Use sound-absorbing materials when building, especially in high rooms.

What is the best way I can reduce the noise of my wine cooler?

  • Make sure the wine cooler is perfectly level
  • Place it on a vibration and noise-absorbing material.
  • Make sure air can circulate around the cooler cabinet.

Do you offer installation?

For Caso, La sommeliere, Avintage and Climadiff we offer that service for £50.

Do you deliver the unit to where it needs to be positioned?

Yes for £50. You can add that service here

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

Yes please email support@winestorageuk.com and we can get you a quote for delivery outside of the UK.

Do you have a showroom?

We are an online only retailer at the moment. This allows us to be competitive and offer the best possible service. We may look into opening a showroom in the future though.

What's the difference between built in and Integrated?

Integrated units sit flush with your kitchen units. Creating a sleek modern finish. But will require installation. Built in units have a slight gap either side of them and fit in between your kitchen units. They don't require installation.

Kind of looks like a vending machine but I like that!

Love the fact you can see all the labels face up. Good price for a commercial designed fridge.
