Description

LED lighting. The innovative LED lighting guarantees the even illumination of the interior without UV exposure. Since minimal heat is generated by the LEDs, wines can be presented bathed in light over a prolonged period of time.
PowerCooling system. The high-performance PowerCooling system rapidly cools down freshly stored food and creates an even cooling temperature throughout the interior. A door contact switch turns the fan off when the door is opened.This saves valuable energy.
Door alarm. The audible door alarm alerts the user if the door has been open for longer than 60 seconds for safe protection of the food.
Child lock. The child lock is programmed so as to prevent the appliance being inadvertently switched off.A symbol in the MagicEye indicates when the child lock is switched on.
Reversible door hinges. The appliances are factory fitted with door hinges on the right. The reversible door hinges permit optimum use of the appliance wherever it is located.
Multi-temperature wine cabinets. Vinothek multi-temperature wine cabinets are particularly suitable for keeping different wines at their respective optimum drinking temperature. Specific temperature zones are achieved through the use of special components.In the upper area, for example, red wine can be cooled at +18°C. At a temperature of +5 °C, the bottom zone is ideal for cooling sparkling wine or champagne. The zone in between is ideal for white wines which should be stored at drinking temperature.
Vinidor range. With two or three wine safes that can be precisely regulated from +5°C to +20°C independently of one another, the Vinidor appliances offer maximum flexibility of use. The appliance featuring three wine safes can therefore simultaneously keep red wine, white wine and champagne at their optimum serving temperatures. These appliances also provide the ideal climate conditions for long-term wine storage. Since the wine safes vary in size, and their temperatures can be set with absolute flexibility, these appliances can accommodate any personal selection of wines.
Controllable temperature range. Constant storage temperatures are required to allow wines to mature to perfection. The ideal temperature for maturing is the same for all wines, whether red or white, and lies between +10°C and +12°C. The precision electronic control system combined with state-of-the-art climate technology ensures that the set temperatures in the interior are continuously maintained, even when the ambient temperature is subject to severe fluctuations.
Activated Charcoal Filter. Environmental odours can affect wines stored for longer periods.In the wine cabinets, perfect air quality is ensured through an easily-replaceable FreshAir activated charcoal filter.
Presentation shelves. The presentation shelf sets off fine wines to perfection and keeps bottles that have already been opened at the optimum temperature. Up to 6 wine bottles can be placed upright on the flexible shelf. Wine bottles can be stored lying down either behind or at the side.

Delivery & Returns

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card however your card will not be charged. We will then confirm stock with our third party warehouse to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. For pre orders we take payment when you order and then confirm a date that the product will be coming into stock. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched straight away. If there is any delay such as an item which is on backorder, we will let you know as soon as possible and ask what you'd like to do.

Order Delivery

Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 5 working days. We’ll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please reach out to us via email at support@winestorageuk.com so that we can help.

Kerbside Delivery

Kerbside delivery means that items will be delivered to the nearest kerbside at the address specified. Our freight drivers will position their vehicle as close as possible to the delivery address and unload the palletised goods into a spot on the kerbside that is safe and keeps the pallet secure.

Damages:

We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to info@winestorageuk.com so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.

Regarding re-delivery

If there is no one at the delivery address to receive the goods, and if you have not made an agreement that the goods can be placed at the address, the haulier will take the goods back and try delivery with a re-delivery. If you refuse reception in order to have the order delivered at another time without an agreement with Wine Storage UK on this, this is also considered a re-delivery. The price for a re-deliver is £50

Cancellations & Refunds:

Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.

If there is any fault with your cabinet, please contact us directly within 5 days. ( full refund not guaranteed, subject to collection and administration fees or a replacement product from the manufacturer. Special conditions for refunds apply for bespoke orders )

Bespoke orders and special multiple cabinet orders due to the specific tailoring of these orders cannot be refunded. Standard warranty still applies to these orders.

Warranty terms

Depending on the Manufacturer's terms and conditions with us - you have a 1 or 2 Year Warranty. All warranties must be registered with the manufacturer on their website when you purchase the product. Any warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase invoice.
