As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card however your card will not be charged. We will then confirm stock with our third party warehouse to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched straight away. If there is any delay such as an item which is on backorder, we will let you know as soon as possible and ask what you'd like to do. 

Most of our couriers require a phone number to contact you on the day of delivery to ensure a smooth delivery. We won't pass your details onto anyone else. It's kept private and confidential.

If there are any issues with your order we may contact you via phone.

We usually ship within 1-3 days or processing your order as long it's in stock but this can vary depending on the manufacturer.

We have our lead times listed on our product pages. This varies from 3 to 15 working days.

Yes absolutely! Wine Storage UK strives to provide our customers with a safe and smooth customer experience. Our site uses SSL encryption technology so you won't need to worry about your credit card safety.

We currently deliver to the United Kingdom only but please contact us if you need your product shipping elsewhere and we can price on application.

If you find the product on any approved UK retailer we will match or beat the price.

- It must be an identical product.

- The product must be in stock on our own site and the competitor site.

- The Price Match is only applicable to the actual price displayed on a competitor’s website plus any delivery costs.

- It does not include other offers they may have e.g. a 10% off discount code, voucher or ‘free sample’ offers.

- The Price Match Promise does not include auction and marketplace sites such as eBay or the Amazon Marketplace.

- The Price Match Promise does not include Supermarkets or Wholesale outlets

- The Price Match Policy has a fair usage policy and does not apply to orders over 3 products

- The competitor must be an online store, they may not have a retail location

- The price must be displayed on a competitor site in £ so we can make the comparison.

However we do reserve the right to

- Refuse the price match promise if it results in profit loss or unacceptable profit margins.

- We may discontinue the price match promise at any time.

- We can’t offer the price match promise with products which have already been purchased from us. You must inform us before your purchase so we can send you a draft order.
